Passionfruit is an absolute gem of a fruit and easily makes for one of my favourites – its intense flavour provides for the perfect pick-me-up before heading out of the door to face your day.
Cashew Nuts are a rich source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Always choose nuts that are raw and unsalted. It is also a good idea to soak your nuts in warm filtered water the night before, as well as breaking down many of the enzyme inhibitors, they will also make a much creamier cashew milk for your smoothie or smoothie bowl.
Switch your ice cubes with frozen bananas for a cool smoothie bowl with added nutrients (just remember to peel them before you freeze – as you’ll otherwise have a tricky time of preparing them).
Blend all ingredients until smooth and top with your favourite toppings
