This smoothie is full of classic Thai flavours – serving as a healthy combination that will awaken your senses (especially if you use the chilli!)
The best Coconut Water comes from young coconuts, which are high in potassium and electrolytes. This makes for an excellent hydrator and a great choice to use in smoothies and smoothie bowls.
Blend all ingredients until smooth
1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
2 Frozen Bananas
1 Granny Smith Apple
1cm Fresh Ginger Root
1 Cup Coriander
2 Tbsp. Shelled Hemp Seeds
1/2 Fresh Red Chilli (optional)
1 Lime, Juiced
1 1/2 Cups Coconut Water
1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
