RESPONSIBILITY FOR USE OF PRODUCTS

(1) Please be aware that food supplements are not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle and a balanced and varied diet.

(2) We are always happy to try to answer any queries about any of our products – please email us. Whilst we encourage you to try all the recipes that we supply and we will do all that we can to assist you in using our products, you are solely responsible for the use of any products supplied by us.

(3)(a) You should always read the product’s description and check that any product is suitable for your own use before you buy.

(b) Where appropriate or where you feel necessary, please take relevant independent advice before using any product. Particularly, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or in any way concerned about how using a product will fit in with any medical and/or dietary needs we always advise that you consult a qualified medical expert (such as your own doctor) to advise you about this. If you feel any adverse conditions occurring, you should stop using the product immediately and consult a qualified medical expert (such as your own doctor) immediately.

(4) You should always use products only for the purposes for which the products are intended.

(5)(a) Products should always be tested, used, stored and maintained in accordance with any applicable instructions, advice, guidance and information and you should take all care and precautions.

(b) Particularly, our products should be stored in a cool, dry place and kept out of the reach of children or any other vulnerable persons.

(c) If the immediate packaging on any product (such as the sachet which contains a blend) arrives damaged (please see our Returns and Refunds Policy) or becomes damaged (for example in your bag) we do not advise that you use the product.

(6) Unfortunately, we will not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred because you failed to follow such guidance or to take appropriate action, precautions and care.

PARENTAL SUPERVISION POLICY

(1) We are concerned about the safety and privacy of our website users, particularly children.

(2) You must be aged 18 or over to buy from this website.

(3) Parents/guardians and other carers are responsible if they allow children to access and use this website. We advise that parents/guardians supervise children’s access and use to determine what is appropriate for the child.

(4) We do not and will not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. Parents/carers and other adults must ensure extra care is taken that personally identifiable information relating to children is never revealed either by them or anyone else under their supervision.

GUARANTEE POLICY

(1) In addition to any applicable consumer and/or statutory rights, we offer a guarantee in respect of our products, which means that you can return any faulty product to us within 14 days of purchase. Please see the Cancellations Policy.

(3) We aim to respond to any communication from customers within 14 days. If we think that it will take longer to deal with your issues, we’ll try to keep you informed.

COMPETITIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(1) Our website use terms and conditions always apply to any competition which we run, and these competition terms and conditions are supplemental and apply to any competition which we run. You can find our information and email and contact details in the Seller’s Information section.

(2) “Entrant” or “you” means anyone using and/or visiting this website and entering into any competition linked to, or featured on, the website.

(3) Individual Competitions will have individual rules, conditions and notices which relate to that specific competition. These “Individual Competition Rules” will be displayed with each competition. If there are any discrepancies between these Competition Terms & Conditions and the Individual Competition Rules then the Individual Competition Rules shall prevail.

(4) By entering a competition, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Competition Terms & Conditions together with our website use terms and conditions and the Individual Competition Rules.

(5) In the event of any dispute whatsoever, then our sole decision will be final without entering into any correspondence or other communications.

COMPETITION ENTRY QUALIFICATION

(1) All entrants must be UK residents.

(2) None of our employees nor any of their immediate family members (spouse, child, sibling, parent, partner) nor any member of their household may qualify to enter.

(3) We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

(4) Individual Competition Rules or the nature of the prizes (for example a holiday outside of the UK) may require that entrants meet specific condition, restrictions or requirements (e.g. holding a valid current passport). It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you can meet these specific requirements and we are not liable for this, nor can we incur further expense.

(5) Where any entrant is disqualified from any competition we, in our sole discretion, decide whether a replacement should be selected.

COMPETITION ENTRY SUBMISSION

(1) Entries can only be submitted as described in the entry instructions for each individual competition. If you do not comply with the competition’s instructions and/or these terms and conditions then your entry will be invalid and you cannot take part in the competition. Proof of submission is not accepted as proof of receipt by us.

(2) By submitting an entry, each entrant confirms that the information supplied is accurate, valid and true. Where applicable, entries must not be subject to copyright or breach any third parties rights.

(3) Each entrant can only submit one entry for each individual competition.

(4) Entries must be received by 11.59 pm on any closing date required in the individual Competition Rules. Entries received after this time will not be included in the competition.

(5) We do not accept any liability whatsoever in respect of competitions or competition entries, including any error, delay, loss or problem in transmission, communication or otherwise, deletion, destruction, theft, fraud, alteration or any other defect, nor any unauthorised use or access to entries whatsoever.

COMPETITION PRIZES RULES

Each Individual Competition will show the details of the prize(s). Unless an Individual Competition’s Rules state otherwise:

(1) Winners are chosen by us at random, from all qualifying entries, within 21 days of the closing date. Our decisions are final.

(2) Winners are notified by e-mail, using their details as submitted on entry, within 28 days of the closing date.

(3) Where there are multiple prizes available for one competition, there will only be one prize per each winning entrant.

(4) Winners names will be published on the website, or can be obtained by emailing us (see the Seller’s Information section).

PUBLICITY RULES FOR COMPETITIONS

(1) Entrants agree that if they win competitions they will take part in promotional activity.

(2) Entrants specifically confirm their understanding that we reserve the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photographs and recordings of them on the website and in any other publicity.

(5) Any claims for prizes must be made within 45 days of the closing date shown in the Individual Competition Rules and made in accordance with those Individual Competition Rules. Unclaimed prizes will be void and will either be offered in another competition or an alternative winner may be chosen.

(6) Prizes are subject to availability, are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to substitute prizes which we determine to be of at least the same value as the original prize.

(7) Unless specifically stated, all taxes, insurances, expenses, equipment etc required to enjoy the prize is the responsibility of the winner.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

(1)(a) The law relating to distance selling means that consumers (individuals buying wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession) have the right to cancel orders for some products. However, some items like our blends are perishable items are so would be excluded from this.

(b) However, we want you to be happy with your purchase from us. This means that although there is no legal right for you to cancel your order we want to extend this to you. So, once you have received your order from us, you can change your mind and return the item to us.

(2) If you would like to return your order, then you should let us know this in writing. Please write to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will then help you with information about the Returns Method, about how and when to return the item to us. However, once you have cancelled in writing, items can be returned to our address as shown on your invoice. Unless your item is faulty (see the Returns and Refunds Policy for faulty or damaged Products), then you will be responsible for the costs involved in returning the item to us.

(3) Please return the products to us within 14 days of the date you advise us of your cancellation, at your expense, to our address as shown on your invoice (or any other address we have otherwise agreed in writing with you). We always advise that you return products using a service which provides you with proof of sending.

(4) We may wish to deduct an amount from your refund if you have diminished the value of the products, beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function – i.e. “unreasonable use”. For example, if you have opened all of the sachets within a pack.

(5) Unless you have lost the right to cancel, when you cancel an order for products we will refund the amount you paid for the products and the standard delivery costs (the cheapest option we provide). So, for example, if you have chosen any express or next day delivery options you will only be reimbursed the amount of our standard delivery costs.

(6) Where you are cancelling an order for products then we will refund you the price you paid for the products (but not usually the delivery charges), within 14 days of the date we receive the products. Refunds are made using the same payment method that you used to pay us. Please bear in mind that some payment methods mean that a refund may take up to 7 days to reach your account.

(7) Cancelling Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time by giving us 7 days written notice. You will still be responsible for payment for any products which you have already received, unless you choose to return those products in accordance with this policy.

ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY POLICY

“Your Content” – This means any content on the website which you, a website user, publish, distribute, disseminate, post, send, receive or transmit (publicly or transmitted privately). This includes comments, feedback, opinions and reviews which you upload.

(1) All of your content is your sole responsibility, and provided on the basis that you have a right to use it without infringing any other’s rights. We do not check, control or endorse anything and are not liable in any way for any of your content, nor for any loss or damage resulting from it. However, please do be aware that we reserve the right to remove content or suspend any user of the website, without notice and at our sole discretion, should we deem there to be any breach, or potential breach, of our terms and conditions and policies.

(2) All website users must immediately (no later than within 3 days) email us (see the Seller’s Information section) if you see unacceptable content or suspect that there may be any potential breach of this Acceptable Use Policy.

(3) You agree that your content will not:

(a) be anything which we, in our sole discretion, deem to be unacceptable, harmful, illegal or offensive, or which may infringe the rights of others

(b) invade the rights and/or privacy of any individual or organisation, be threatening, defamatory, harassing, libellous, discriminatory (in any form), malicious, disruptive, violent, offensive, pornographic, indecent, against public decency, exploiting, cruel, malevolent, nor abusive, offensive or obscene in either language or content, nor incite such behaviour.

(4) You must ensure that your content or use of any services is true, accurate and honest, not misleading, will not amount to any misrepresentation, nor be contrary to any law and not used for any illegal purposes whatsoever.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

(1) (a) Dependant on the product you order, you may be offered a range of shipping options. Shipping and delivery charges will be displayed on checkout and calculated for delivery to the shipping address you provide.

(b) Where applicable, only basic delivery charges (the cheapest) are refundable, unless the product we send you is damaged or faulty (see the Returns and Refunds Policy).

(2) Where we offer free shipping then, unless the product description or checkout says otherwise, this will be to an address in mainland England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.

(3) Unless otherwise displayed at checkout, or the product description or order confirmation says otherwise, we aim to dispatch products to you within 7 days of the date of accepting your order. The law says that we must dispatch products to you within 14 days so if there is
going to be a delay well let you know by email so you can cancel your order or choose another product. However, despatch and delivery times are only estimates and we’re not responsible for late delivery or unavailability of products.

(4) If for some reason we are unable to dispatch the exact product you have ordered then, at our discretion, we will either refund the price paid for that item or will email you and offer you an alternative item.

(5) The risk in any products will pass to you when they are delivered to you.

(6) Taking delivery of products is entirely your responsibility. If you are unable to take delivery and the products are returned to us, then we will arrange one redelivery.

(7) Delivery of some products may be by a service which requires a signature on receipt (this usually must be someone aged 18 or over). Your signature, or that of someone on your behalf, confirms receipt of the products but also the state of the package received – seem (8)
below.

(8) When you receive your order it is your responsibility to carefully examine both the package (before it is opened) and the products for any damage. If there is any damage whatsoever or if, for example, a package shows signs of damage before it is opened, we ask that you please sign for the parcel, ‘Received Damaged’. Please then follow the instructions in our Returns and Refunds Policy should a return be necessary

DISCOUNT AND OFFERS POLICY

(1) From time to time we may offer discount vouchers, codes, special offers, promotions or other types of offer (“Offers”) which may be made available to you when you place an order to buy from our website.

(3) Offers are not retrospective, not transferable and can not be exchanged for cash.

(4) You can only use one offer for each order – offers available on the website can not be used in conjunction with any other offer you may find.

(5) We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of any offer and can cancel or withdraw offers at any time, without notice.

GIFT VOUCHER POLICY

(1) Gift vouchers (in any format) can be purchased from us to buy items for sale on this website (subject to availability), but can not be exchanged for products that have already been supplied to you or for cash and are not transferable for other benefit or value.

(2) You are responsible for providing the correct address (email or otherwise) for delivery of any gift voucher. We can not be held responsible if, for example, you provide an incorrect email address.

(3) Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date they are issued.

(4) If the value of your order is less than the value of the Gift Voucher, then you will receive the balance in the form of another Gift Voucher.

(5) If the value of your order is more than the value of the Gift Voucher, then you will have to pay the balance due using one of our accepted methods of payment.

(6) If you return any item which has been purchased using a Gift Voucher, then you will be issued with a refund in the form of a Gift Voucher and returns are subject to our usual Refund and Returns Policy.

(7) We can not accept any responsibility if a gift voucher is used without permission, lost, stolen, or destroyed and are unable to provide replacements.
