Cook once. Portion for each of you.
Same recipe, same pan. Each person at the table gets a portion tuned to their own targets.
One session. Done for the week.
Training days, base days, rest days — one prep session covers them all, each portion sized to its own target.
14 portions, 3 day types, 13,200 kcal of targets hit.
Training days, base days, rest days — same session, sized to each.
Built for the overlap.
Other apps pick a side. Porshn lives in the middle, on purpose — for the people who track macros AND cook for someone who doesn't.
Track macros, eat solo
Calorie counters and food diaries log what you already ate. Great if your job is the math and the cook is someone else.
Track AND cook for someone
You meal-prep for the week. The other person at the table doesn't track. You cook one pan and need two portions out of it, sized to two targets.
Cook for the household
Family meal-planners give you a week of dinners and a shopping list. Great if no one's counting macros and everyone eats the same plate.
All the small things that make a week run.
Upload your favorite recipe
Drop in a URL or snap a photo. The recipe lands already macro-calculated, no manual entry.
Curated recipe library
Easy, macro-friendly recipes ready to drop into the week.
Batch cooking detection
When the same recipe lands twice in a week, the app suggests one batch cook with combined quantities.
Day types tuned to your training
Training, base, and rest day targets. Each weekday pulls the right ones; portions size to the day.
Recipe sharing
Share a recipe with anyone, anywhere. They open it, see the macros, save it.
Streamlined prep workflow
Select → Shop → Cook → Done. One guided session covers the whole week, with portions waiting in containers.

Why this exists.
I track macros and cook for someone who doesn't. Every tool I tried got one half of that right. Macro trackers ignore the cooking. Family meal planners ignore the macros. Porshn sits at the overlap, on purpose.
Closed beta means a small group, fast feedback loops, and no marketing fluff. If you join, you get the real thing, the price you see today locked in, and a direct line to me when something needs to change.
Things people ask before they sign up.
What does the beta cost?
Nothing. Free while we build. Beta users keep early pricing forever.
Does it work if I'm cooking just for myself?
Yes. Solo is the default. The household features are an extension, not a requirement.
What if my partner doesn't track macros?
Set a calorie target for them. Macros are optional per member.
Where does the nutrition data come from?
A curated set of cooking ingredients with verified data, plus AI for recipe import.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Servers in the EU (Fly.io). No data sold, no data shared.
When does the public launch happen?
When beta tells us we're ready. Beta users get a heads up first.
